Dinacharya

Eat only when hungry (make sure you get hunger at the correct time)
Drink water only when you are thirsty (make sure you get thirsty after 1 or 1.5 hour of your meal)
Do trikala yoga and prayer
We have to do walking or exercise untill we get rid of the excessive fat in our abdomen, once removed, we can practice simple yoga to maintain our strength and stamina
